Eligibility and age verification
- Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the Services. The Operator strictly prohibits underage gambling. You must truthfully declare your age during registration and ensure that the data you provide is accurate and complete.

If you are resident in the UK or have registered with GamStop or any other local self-exclusion service, you must not register or gamble on the Website. The Operator may not be able to technically prevent access by self-excluded players and accepts no liability for any breach by you of your self-exclusion obligations.

Opening multiple Accounts, whether directly or through third parties or aliases, is prohibited and may result in suspension, closure and forfeiture of Bonuses and, where justified, funds in accordance with these Terms and Applicable Law.

While the Website is not connected to GamStop, you may seek independent help and self-exclusion support from recognised organisations in your country.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
This section sets out the general rules for placing Bets and participating in Games on the Website. Individual Games and promotions may have additional rules which are displayed within each Game or promotional description. In the event of conflict, specific Game or promotion rules prevail over this section to the extent of the inconsistency.
Placing bets and game participation
- Game rules and RNG: Each Game is governed by its own rules and paytables as displayed in the Game interface. For non-live Games, outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) provided by reputable software suppliers integrated into the Soft2Bet platform. By placing a Bet, you accept the applicable Game rules and outcome as final, subject to error clauses below.
- Stake limits: Each Game has minimum and maximum stake limits that are displayed within the Game. You are responsible for checking these limits before placing a Bet. The Operator may adjust stake limits, introduce new limits or restrict certain Players or jurisdictions for risk, compliance or technical reasons.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed to have been placed and accepted once it appears in the Operator's systems and is reflected in your betting history. If a disconnection or technical issue occurs after you have confirmed a Bet but before the outcome is displayed, the Operator's logs will determine whether the Bet was accepted and its result.
- Insufficient funds: Bets will only be accepted if your available Real Money Balance and, where applicable, eligible Bonus Balance are sufficient to cover the stake. If funds are insufficient, the Bet will not be accepted.
Cancellation, errors and malfunctions
- Player cancellation: Once a Bet has been placed and accepted, you cannot normally cancel or modify it. Some Games may allow you to cancel or "undo" certain actions in accordance with their specific rules; in such cases, the Game rules will govern.
- Obvious errors: In the event of an obvious or manifest error (for example, a Game displaying incorrect odds, paytable or result clearly inconsistent with normal operation), the Operator reserves the right, acting reasonably and in good faith, to void affected Bets, correct the error and adjust balances as if the error had not occurred. Any decisions will be based on detailed game logs and system records.
- Malfunctions: If a Game, RNG or system malfunctions, all affected Bets may be voided and stakes refunded to the extent possible. Malfunctions void all plays and payouts. The Operator accepts no responsibility for malfunctioning equipment, software, internet connectivity or third-party services beyond its reasonable control.
Conduct in live casino and chats
- Respectful behaviour: When using live casino tables, chat functions or any interactive features, you must behave respectfully towards dealers, staff and other Players. Abusive, racist, sexist, defamatory, threatening, obscene or otherwise offensive language or behaviour is strictly prohibited.
- No advertising or solicitation: You must not use the chat or any part of the Website to advertise, solicit or promote other websites, services, products or commercial interests, or to recruit Players for other gambling platforms.
- No collusion or unfair play: Collusion with other Players, use of automated systems or bots, advantage play that exploits software bugs or obvious errors, and any other form of cheating or fraudulent conduct are prohibited. The Operator may use technical tools and manual monitoring to detect such behaviour.
- Sanctions: The Operator may, at its discretion, mute or restrict chat access, void Bets, remove Bonuses, suspend or close Accounts and, where appropriate, withhold funds in accordance with Applicable Law if it reasonably believes that you have breached this section.
Bonus Terms
Bonuses and promotions are offered at the Operator's discretion to enhance your experience on the Website. This section applies to all Bonuses and promotional offers unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. By accepting any Bonus, you agree to be bound by both these Bonus Terms and the individual promotion rules.
Bonus activation and general conditions
- Availability and eligibility: Bonuses may be targeted by country, currency, customer segment or other criteria. Not all Players will be eligible for all offers. Eligibility criteria and any minimum deposit or maximum Bonus amounts will be stated in the relevant promotion description.
- Activation: Some Bonuses are credited automatically upon meeting the qualifying criteria (for example, making a qualifying deposit), while others require you to opt in, enter a bonus code or select the offer in the cashier. If you do not wish to receive a Bonus, you should decline it during the deposit process or contact support promptly.
- Separate balances: Where applicable, your Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance are kept separate. Wagers are typically deducted from Real Money first, followed by Bonus funds, unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
Wagering requirements and timeframes (Section 15 reference)
- Wagering requirements: Bonuses and any winnings derived from them are usually subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiple (for example, the number of times the Bonus or Bonus plus deposit must be staked) will be displayed in the promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, Bonus funds and related winnings may remain locked and cannot be withdrawn.
- Game contribution: Different Games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. For example, slots may contribute 100%, while table games, live casino or low-risk bets may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely. Contribution tables or lists of excluded Games will be made available in the promotion terms.
- Time limits: Bonuses are subject to time limits within which wagering requirements must be completed (for example, a certain number of days from the time of credit). Applicable timeframes will be specified for each promotion. Failure to meet the requirements within the indicated period may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and related winnings.
- Maximum bet rules: While a Bonus is active, there may be a maximum allowed Bet per spin, game round or hand. The relevant limits will be communicated in the promotion terms. Exceeding such limits may lead to confiscation of the Bonus and Bonus-derived winnings.
Prohibited activities and restricted games
- Abuse and bonus hunting: Any attempt to gain unfair advantage from Bonuses, including but not limited to multiple Accounts, collusion, use of proxy networks, structured patterns of play that artificially extend gameplay or guarantee returns, or exploitation of software bugs, is considered Bonus abuse. The Operator may withhold or cancel Bonuses and associated winnings and close Accounts involved in such behaviour.
- Restricted games: Certain Games or Game categories may be excluded from Bonus wagering or may be restricted while a Bonus is active. The list of restricted Games will be provided in each promotion description and may be updated from time to time.
- Low-risk betting: Placing low-risk or offsetting Bets (for example, betting on both red and black in roulette) with the primary purpose of clearing wagering requirements is prohibited. The Operator may disregard such wagers when calculating progress towards wagering requirements.
Combining promotions and cancellation
- No stacking unless allowed: Only one active deposit Bonus is permitted at any given time, unless the promotion terms expressly allow otherwise. You cannot generally combine multiple deposit offers on the same funds.
- Withdrawal before completion: If you request a withdrawal while a Bonus is still subject to wagering requirements, the Operator may, depending on the specific promotion rules, remove the Bonus and any associated winnings before processing the withdrawal, crediting only your remaining Real Money Balance.
- Cancellation: You may cancel an active Bonus by contacting customer support. Upon cancellation, any remaining Bonus Balance and Bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited, while your Real Money Balance will remain available unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
- Promotional changes: The Operator may amend, suspend or withdraw Bonuses and promotions where necessary for legal, regulatory or security reasons, or to correct manifest errors, provided that such changes do not adversely affect rights in Bonuses already accepted and used, except as permitted by Applicable Law.
Payments & Withdrawals
This section (corresponding to Section 13 of the Operator's internal terms framework) sets out how deposits, withdrawals and related payment matters are handled. All financial transactions are subject to AML and KYC checks and may involve third-party Payment Processors such as Tilaros Limited in Cyprus for fiat payments.
Deposit methods and processing
- Available methods: The Website supports a range of Payment Methods including, where available in your country, payment cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, prepaid vouchers and certain cryptocurrencies. Availability depends on your location, currency and risk profile and may be modified at any time.
- Processing times: Deposits via most electronic methods are usually processed immediately once authorised by your Payment Provider. Bank transfers and some other methods may take longer. Actual processing times are indicated in the cashier or payment interface and may vary due to banking or network factors beyond the Operator's control.
- Fees and charges: The Operator endeavours not to charge deposit fees itself, but reserves the right to do so in specific circumstances, in which case any fee will be clearly displayed before you confirm the transaction. Your bank or Payment Provider may independently impose fees, exchange charges or other costs, for which the Operator is not responsible.
- Payment processing partners: Certain fiat payments may be processed by Tilaros Limited, a company established in Cyprus, or other authorised Payment Processors. On your bank or card statement, transactions may appear under the name of such Payment Processor. By making a deposit, you authorise the Operator and its Payment Processors to handle your transactions.
Withdrawals and verification
- Withdrawal requests: You may request withdrawals of your available Real Money Balance via the cashier, subject to any applicable minimum or maximum limits per transaction, period or Payment Method as indicated in the cashier or in specific promotion terms.
- Payment route: Where feasible, withdrawals should be made via the same Payment Method used for deposits ("closed-loop" principle). The Operator may direct withdrawals to one or more Payment Methods in your name used previously on the Website or, if that is not possible, to an alternative method approved by the Operator after additional checks.
- KYC and security checks: Before processing withdrawals, the Operator may require full KYC verification, including updated ID, proof of address and proof of Payment Method ownership. The Operator may also carry out affordability, source-of-funds or AML checks in line with its AML Policy. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in delay, cancellation of the withdrawal and possible Account suspension.
- Processing times: The Operator aims to review withdrawal requests within a reasonable period. Internal processing times may depend on the volume of requests and the completeness of your verification. After approval, the time needed for funds to reach you will depend on the Payment Method and Payment Provider, and may vary from near-instant for some e-wallets and cryptocurrencies to several Business Days for cards or bank transfers.
- Currency and exchange: If you deposit or withdraw in a currency other than the Account currency, currency conversion may be performed by the Payment Provider at its prevailing rates, and additional fees may apply. The Operator is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
Limits, holds, refunds and chargebacks
- Deposit and withdrawal limits: The Operator may impose minimum and maximum transaction limits and cumulative periodic limits on deposits and withdrawals for security, AML or operational reasons. Applicable limits will be displayed in the cashier or communicated by support.
- Holds and investigations: The Operator may temporarily withhold withdrawals and freeze all or part of your balance while investigating suspected breach of these Terms, AML/CTF requirements, chargebacks, fraud, collusion, payment reversals or other suspicious activity. Funds will be treated in accordance with Applicable Law and any regulatory obligations under the Curaçao license.
- Refunds: Deposits are generally non-refundable once used for placing Bets. In exceptional circumstances, and at the Operator's discretion, certain unused deposits may be refunded to the originating Payment Method. Where Bonuses have been used or accumulated on the basis of such deposits, these Bonuses and associated winnings may be cancelled.
- Chargebacks and reversals: If you initiate a chargeback, recall or reversal of a deposit, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, deduct the amount of the chargeback and any associated fees from your balance, and pursue recovery of outstanding amounts through lawful means. Any existing winnings or pending withdrawals may be withheld to cover such amounts where permitted by law.
- Real money vs Bonus funds: When processing withdrawals, Real Money funds not subject to wagering requirements will usually be prioritised. Bonus funds and winnings that remain subject to wagering or other restrictions will not be available for withdrawal until conditions are satisfied.
Special notes for UK-based players
If you access the Website from the United Kingdom, you acknowledge that:
- No UKGC protections: The Operator is licensed in Curaçao and is not regulated by the UK Gambling Commission. As a result, UK-specific regulatory protections, including UK-mandated segregation of funds and dispute resolution through a UK-approved ADR such as IBAS, do not apply.
- Banking and payment blocks: Some UK banks or Payment Providers may block or restrict payments to or from non-UK-licensed gambling operators. You are responsible for checking any restrictions that apply to you. The Operator is not liable for decisions taken by your Payment Provider.
Limitation of Liability
This section describes the Operator's responsibilities and limitations regarding your use of the Website and Services. It should be read together with other clauses relating to technical issues, errors and responsible gambling. Nothing in these Terms seeks to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law, such as liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Operator's obligations
- Service provision: The Operator will provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, making commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the Website is available, that Games function as described and that outcomes are determined fairly by certified RNGs or live dealers in accordance with the relevant Game rules.
- Accuracy of information: The Operator aims to ensure that information on the Website, such as Game rules, paytables, promotional terms and balance information, is accurate and up to date. In case of discrepancies between displayed information and system records, the latter shall prevail, subject to manifest error and Applicable Law.
- Security: The Operator uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your Account and personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, in accordance with its Privacy Policy and AML Policy.
Exclusions and limitations
- Technical failures and external factors: The Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet or network failures, power outages, hardware or software malfunctions not solely attributable to the Operator, interruptions due to maintenance, or failures of third-party providers.
- Indirect losses: To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or Services.
- Player responsibility: You are responsible for your own device, internet connection, security software, and for ensuring that your use of the Website is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Operator is not liable for any loss incurred due to inadequate security on your devices, unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect login details, or breaches of local law by you.
- Limitation per bet: Subject to non-excludable rights under Applicable Law, the Operator's aggregate liability to you arising out of any single Bet, Game round or transaction is limited to the amount of the stake placed by you on that Bet or Game round that gave rise to the claim, irrespective of the outcome or alleged loss.
- Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law. These Terms do not affect your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer, which may include additional protections in the country of your residence.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in and to the Website and Services are owned by the Operator or its licensors. Your right to use the Website is limited to a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for private, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms.

- Software and platforms: The underlying software, platform and technology used to provide the Services (including the Soft2Bet platform and third-party Game software) remain the property of the Operator or its licensors. - User-generated content: To the extent that you submit content (for example, chat messages, feedback or reviews), you grant the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display such content for the purposes of operating and improving the Services, subject to the Privacy Policy.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy and the protection of your personal data are important to the Operator. All processing of personal data in connection with the Website is carried out in accordance with the Operator's Privacy Policy and Applicable Data Protection Laws, including EU GDPR and, where applicable, UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Privacy Policy reference (Section 9 framework): The full Privacy Policy is available via a dedicated link in the Website footer. It explains in detail which data is collected, the purposes and legal bases for processing, retention periods, recipients of data (such as Payment Processors and verification providers), your rights regarding your personal data, and how to exercise those rights.
- Data use and AML: Your personal data may be used for account administration, provision of Services, KYC and AML checks, prevention of fraud and money laundering, risk assessment, compliance with legal and regulatory obligations (including those arising from the Curaçao license 8048/JAZ), and for responsible gambling measures.
- Cross-border transfers: As the Operator is based in Curaçao and uses service providers in other countries (including Cyprus), your data may be transferred outside your country of residence. Such transfers will be made in accordance with Applicable Data Protection Laws and appropriate safeguards.
Changes to Terms
The Operator may need to amend these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, technical developments, or modifications to the Services. This section (corresponding to Section 24 of the Operator's internal framework) explains how such changes will be communicated and when they take effect.
Notification of changes
- Methods of notice: Material changes to these Terms will be notified to you by one or more of the following methods: (i) an on-site message or banner on the Website; (ii) a pop-up requiring your acceptance upon login; or (iii) an email sent to the address registered to your Account.
- Advance notice: Where reasonably possible and except where immediate changes are required by law, regulation, security or to address manifest errors, the Operator will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes, particularly where changes may be detrimental to you. The updated Terms will indicate the new effective date.
Acceptance and right to discontinue use
- Deemed acceptance: By continuing to use the Website or Services after the effective date of the updated Terms, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Website and may request closure of your Account.
- Account closure on disagreement: If you object to any change, you may contact support to close your Account. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you, subject to standard withdrawal procedures, AML checks and any legal or regulatory obligations. Bonuses and Bonus-related winnings may be forfeited in accordance with the applicable Bonus Terms.
Termination & Suspension
The Operator and the Player both have rights to terminate or suspend the Account and access to the Services. This section (relating to Section 18 of the Operator's internal framework) sets out the main grounds and procedures for suspension and closure, as well as the treatment of funds.
Termination by the Player
- Account closure request: You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support or, where available, using the self-service tools on the Website. The Operator may ask for confirmation and may require you to withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance before closure.
- Self-exclusion: The Website may offer internal self-exclusion and time-out tools. If you apply such measures, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to enforce them on the Website. However, the Website is not part of GamStop or other national self-exclusion registers, and you remain responsible for refraining from gambling elsewhere and for complying with any external self-exclusion commitments.
Suspension or termination by the Operator
- Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, deny access to the Website or withhold withdrawals where it reasonably believes that:
- you have breached these Terms, Game rules or Bonus Terms;
- you have provided false, misleading or incomplete information;
- you are under 18 or otherwise ineligible to use the Services;
- you have engaged in fraud, collusion, money laundering, terrorist financing, chargebacks, misuse of Payment Methods or other criminal or suspicious activity;
- you have abused Bonuses or exploits software or Game vulnerabilities;
- you are located or resident in a restricted jurisdiction; or
- such action is required by law, a competent authority or the Curaçao regulator.
- Procedure and notification: Where lawful and reasonably practicable, the Operator will inform you of the reasons for suspension or closure and of any steps required to resolve the situation. In some cases, legal or regulatory constraints may prevent the Operator from providing detailed information.
Treatment of funds on closure
- Return of legitimate funds: Upon lawful closure of your Account (whether by you or the Operator), any remaining Real Money Balance not subject to investigation, chargeback, legal freeze or regulatory requirement will, where possible, be returned to you using an approved Payment Method, subject to standard withdrawal procedures and AML checks.
- Bonuses and winnings: On closure, active Bonuses and any Bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met the relevant wagering requirements may be cancelled and removed from your Account in accordance with the Bonus Terms.
- Confiscation in serious cases: In cases involving fraud, money laundering, criminal conduct, serious breach of these Terms or non-compliance with AML or KYC obligations, the Operator may be required by law or regulator to withhold or confiscate funds, including winnings, pending investigation or as an outcome of such investigation.
- Inactive and dormant accounts: If your Account remains inactive for a prolonged period, it may be classified as dormant in line with the Website's dormant account policy, which may include administration fees or closure. Any such policy will be set out on the Website and applied in accordance with Applicable Law.
